As I said in my previous post on this subject you just need to know the potential for this and that it can be avoided with a phone call.  Don't wire funds anywhere until you call a known and trusted contact at the title company where you plan to close your purchase, and make sure the wiring instructions they tell you over the phone match the instructions you have been given via email or an inbound call from a new contact.  Regardless, use the instructions that you get from your known contact.
